Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers, including users who have received multiple valid DMCA notices.

Take Down Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will notify the affected user.

We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice where we have actual knowledge of infringement or where circumstances make infringement apparent.

DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure

The following format may be used: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within a reasonable period unless we receive notice that the complaining party has filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Abuse of DMCA Procedure

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) and other applicable laws. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against abuse of this procedure.
